The fee amount charged will be displayed when in conjunction with collecting billing and payment information on the website. In addition, if you elect automatic billing, you give ADAT Consults™ the right to charge or bill the existing fee amount when your subscription term ends. The Subscription amount may be charged by ADAT Consults™ for new Subscription Terms upon the expiration of previous subscription, without notice. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. You agree to pay all applicable taxes, and other charges associated with your purchase.

6. Cancellations and Refund Policy

Upon payment of Subscription amount, YOUR PURCHASE IS FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. There are absolutely, positively NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. Due to the instant access nature of this digital product, we will not be able to process any refunds for any reason. Make sure you understand fully: we have a strict No Refunds policy when you purchase.

If you cancel the service before the end of your current paid up contract, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again. However, you will be responsible for paying the full contract period in which the cancellation takes effect.

ADAT Consults™, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other ADAT Consults™ service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or removal of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. ADAT Consults™ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site, and the “Effective Date” at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about our practices.

8. Changes to Price and Services

We reserve the right to modify the prices and, modify or discontinue the Services with or without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information without prior notice.

You agree to use two devices only, to access the Site and Services. These devices consists of one mobile/tablet device and a desktop device. You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. You agree not to:

• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site
